Questions
Frequently asked questions
The questions buyers ask us most. If yours is not here, message us — we reply the same working day.
- Can I have the car inspected before I pay in full?
- Yes. We inspect every car before shipping and send you photos and the result. If the car is materially different from the listing, you are not obliged to continue and we return your deposit under the terms agreed in writing.
- What if the car is not as described when it arrives?
- Tell us immediately with photos. We document the condition before loading, so we can compare and take the matter up with the seller or the shipping line. Our guarantee is set out in writing before you pay.
- Which documents do I receive?
- The export certificate, the bill of lading, the purchase invoice and the inspection report. These are the documents your customs authority will ask for.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer to our company account. We never ask for payment to a personal account, and we never ask for card details.
- Do you own all the cars shown?
- No, and we say so on every listing. Some are our own stock; others are listed on the Korean market and we buy them on your behalf once you decide. The badge on each car tells you which.
- Can you find a specific model that is not on your site?
- Yes. That is what the request page is for. Tell us the model, year and budget and we search the Korean market for you.
- What happens if the car is damaged in transit?
- Cars are shipped with marine insurance arranged as part of your order. We document condition before loading, which is what an insurance claim needs.
- How long does the whole process take?
- It depends on your country and the shipping schedule. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific order rather than a general promise.
